STUDIES
Our small group discipleship study sessions happen every Monday at 7 pm via Zoom.
We, together with Christ Church, Dresden, and with guidance from the Rev'd Canon Dr. Lisa Wang, Diocesan Developer of Catechumenal Ministries, have discussed in depth
Listening to Indigenous Voices (ltiv.ca)
Seven Fallen Feathers by Tanya Talaga
The Advent Conspiracy by Rick McKinley, Chris Seay and Greg Holder
The Way of Love (episcopalchurch.org/way-of-love)
Disciplines (The Upper Room)
Christian Foundations (Wycliffe College)
Wade in the Water
The Book of Acts (Faith+Lead Learning Lab)
The Faith Club: A Muslim, A Christian, A Jew -- Three Women Search for Understanding by Ranya Idliby, Suzanne Oliver, and Priscilla Warner
We have participated in Lenten Community Fasts, a Mapping Exercise, and chalking our doors for the New Year, and delved into a course we called Death of a Christian. We're fearless!
The first study of 2025, What is an Anglican?, began on Monday, January 6, at 7 pm and continued on Mondays until Lent. During Lent, we discussed Witness at the Cross by Amy-Jill Levine. We have now resumed What is an Anglican?
And if you would like to know more, write to us here and we will get you on the list for homework, links, and next steps!
